A thank you note
To Beverley – for permitting me to participate in the primary PD
To Nerine – for inviting me to her group
To all primary staff – for accommodating me within their group
To Julie – for introducing us to the web2.0 world
It all sounded so alien to me then.
- but I really liked the idea of delicious and went ahead with it,
- experimented with wiki, but didn’t have the guts to put it for public view
- really liked netvibes as it brought together all under one umbrella, then today I learned about igoogle which was similar.
To Kim who made realize
- I should be wading in deeper and doing something concrete – which I promise
- I should let my children (primary students in an Indian school) be aware of all these learning2.0 tools
- I have decided to forward some presentations to the principal@schoolwheremykidsstudy.
It was two great days of learning2.0 (I now have the urge to add 2.0 everywhere). I wish all my colleagues here at Senior school also get this opportunity.
