It is great to see how this ning is changing daily. I love to see the things being added daily. I am just working on finding the time to go through it all, I am finding the evenings the best at present. I see this as a great opportunity for professional sharing and discussion that we do not always have time for while at school because of all the other demands on our time.

As I am proud of you taking those first steps, and more importantly of the modeling you provide for the rest of the staff in sharing your trepidation while taking those beginning steps. Great to see the administration leading/being lead on the journey. As Kim has said...these are key skills of the 21st Century Teacher/Administrator.
